What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charge of $15 per order within Singapore (except for Excluded Areas)

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

All popular credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.

How long will delivery take?

Order by 12 pm and deliver by next 2 working days. Please select available dates and preferred date and time. We will endeavour to deliver on your selected date and time, and if we are unable to do so, we will arrange alternative timing.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yes, our site is protected by the latest encryption standards.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Upon successful payment of an order, we will proceed to process your order and make delivery. Where available:-

  • we or our logistics partner will contact you by phone or email
  • tracking link may be inserted into your order, and you may receive an email of the same
Do I receive an invoice for my order?

After you have made payment, you should receive an email from us. 

What are the excluded areas for delivery in Singapore?

We only deliver to mainland Singapore, but excluding the following areas:-

  1. Jurong Islands
  2. Army Camps
  3. Airports
  4. others, which may notify you from time to time.

If we are unable to make a delivery of your order in full, we will make a full refund.

Do you give refunds?

We will refund you for any out of stock items. Where some products are available and some are not, our personnel will contact you to inform. You have a choice to cancel the whole order and ask for a refund or request for delivery of the products which are in stock (and with refunds for out of stocks items).
